The site does not collect data in subtle form. Personal data are not always and specifically required within this site. The users are free to leave their data or not at their own discretion, by sending an e-mail and/or by filling the forms Contacts and Work with us if they wish to be contacted or send their resume.

Please be informed that according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 of Italian law, the data collected will be used only for the execution of the required task. Concerning these data, the users can exercise the rights provided by the Article no. 7 as reproduced below, and particularly they may request their modification or cancellation (whenever the retention is not required by law) at any time.

Article. 7 of the Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) provides that:

  1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The person concerned has the right to obtain information about: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of treatment; c) the logic applied in case of treatment using electronic means; d) the identity of the owner, the managers and the representative nominated under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative within the State, managers or agents.
  3. The person concerned has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, guarantee of anonymity or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations at points a) and b) have been notified, also relating to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless when such compliance is impossible or involves means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even when pertinent to the scope of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
